All appointments require a deposit, this deposit is deducted from treatment prices on the day of your appointments.
Should you cancel your appointment within 48hrs to when scheduled a percentage may be charged. Please see to our cancellations & clinic policies for this.
When booking appointments via our online booking site when completing a booking with a deposit you are agreeing to our policies which are stated before completion.
Booking Aesthetics training courses require deposits, this deposit is non refundable. From the point a deposit is paid you will be automatically enrolled onto our course. All of our training courses include an online introduction via our student portal L3 Matrix and can’t be cancelled once enrolled which training will then commence in academy for your scheduled dates.
Should you need to cancel/reschedule your training date, please allow upto 2 weeks notice before your scheduled dates.
No fees are refunded if cancelling training
For rescheduling, 1 date change is allowed.
Fees for training should be paid within 7 days of your training date. Otherwise your training may be cancelled.

Purchases of our online training materials are non refundable under any circumstances. Online purchases are processed automatically & therefore can not be cancelled or refunded.
